Clean your device’s battery – It is recommended to remove the batteries from the device when you aren’t using the device or while sleeping. The moisture in the device and battery may damage the device. If for some reason you’re not using the device, open the doors of the battery and keep it in dry places.

Cleaning filter from time to time – Every hearing aid device uses a filter which protects the device from moisture. Check whether there’s any build-up wax on the filter, clean it with utmost care as the filter is sensitive.
